1.This camera can add to hiseeu NVR system. This camera APP is "EseeCloud". This camera support 2.4G/5G WiFi .

2. The camera may have consumed some of its power in transit. Please charge a few hours for this camera when you use it first time.

3. The password of router WiFi and mobile hotspot should not have any special characters.

If the camera has been unable to connect to the WiFi, reboot the router and connect the camera close to the router. Or please try to change the WiFi password.

4. If the camera is draining fast, change the camera's recording mode to "Optimal surveillance" or "Optimal battery life".

("Uninterrupted recording" drains the battery quickly. If you want to record in this mode, the camera should always be powered by a power adapter.)
